General Questions and Answers
1. Do I need to install drivers?
Yes, insert the USB-C cable and the built-in drivers will be found in your USB drive. Click to install it, then restart your MacBook and add the USB DISPLAY in the display settings.
2. The driver file does not pop up automatically.
Please unplug the type-C cable, and download the driver from the JoyReal official website, and connect the expansion screen after the installation is successful.
3. Why is my external monitor showing no signal?
When your MacBook goes into sleep mode or restarts, the external monitor may display “No Signal.” Please follow the instructions to add the USB DISPLAY in the display settings again, and it should start working.
4. I have already installed the driver, why does the external monitor still prompt me to install it again?
Please use the portable monitor in the ADMINISTRATOR account. The assistant account can’t recognize the installed driver, and the USB DISPLAY can’t be added in the monitor settings of the assistant account.
5. The mouse is stuck on the secondary screen or can’t move between the secondary screen and the main screen.
In the display settings, set the MacBook screen as the main screen again.
